Minimum kilometers per day

Each calendar day runs from 12:00 AM to 11:59 PM, and a minimum of 300 km is charged per day. So if you're booking for two days, you're looking at a 600 km minimum - and those kilometers can be used across both days combined. It's a straightforward system that works well for most outstation trips.

Driver allowance

Our drivers are with you from start to finish, and their daily allowance (Bata) covers trips between 6:00 AM and 10:00 PM. If your journey stretches into the night - before 6 AM or after 10 PM - a separate night allowance applies. The exact amount depends on the vehicle type you choose.

Toll, parking & interstate taxes

Toll and parking charges are billed at actuals - whatever is spent on the road is what you pay, nothing more. And while our minivans carry an All India Permit, crossing into states like Tamil Nadu, Kerala, Goa, Telangana, or Pondicherry means interstate taxes apply as per that state's rules. Cherry Cabs will always keep you informed before the trip begins.

One-way trips & km billing

For one-way drop bookings, distance is usually calculated from garage to garage - but discounts are sometimes available, so it's always worth asking. In some cases, we also offer point-to-point billing. Just speak to our team and we'll work out what suits you best.

Local minivan rental in the city

For city rides, our local package is built around 8 hours and 80 km - ideal for airport runs, family outings, or a full day of errands. Going beyond? Extra kilometers are billed at ₹20/km and extra hours at ₹250. Toll and parking are charged separately, and km billing is garage to garage unless agreed otherwise.
