If a vehicle breaks down, Cherry Cabs will make reasonable efforts to repair it at the earliest or provide a replacement vehicle as a value-added service. This value-added support feature enhances customer convenience and ensures travel continuity, subject to availability and operational feasibility. If the customer chooses to cancel despite these options, the cancellation will be processed in accordance with company policy. Please note that we cannot accept liability for the breakdown or any resulting inconvenience. Any delay due to unavoidable circumstances like bandh, traffic jam, breakdown, accidents, severe weather conditions, etc Cherry cabs will not be responsible
Confirmed travel dates cannot be modified or canceled. For emergencies or further assistance, please contact our support team. If the vehicle has reached the pickup location, cancellation charges will apply.

Weekends (Saturday & Sunday), Festivals Like (New Year, Deepavali, etc.), and High-demand travel seasons. Customers are advised to confirm cancellation terms during booking.
Cherry Cabs ensures that booked vehicles reach customers on time. For delays, contact our 24/7 customer care at +91 99000 29000 for immediate assistance. We will arrange an alternate vehicle wherever possible. If the booked vehicle fails to arrive, a full refund of the advance amount will be processed immediately.
Cherry Cabs maintains all vehicles to the highest standards based on their model and make. Each vehicle undergoes regular inspection to ensure safe, comfortable, and reliable travel.
Pets are not allowed in the vehicles
